LEXUS CT200h（2012年式）
エンジンがかからず不動状態となり、熱海から保険レッカーにて入庫。12/13にお問い合わせをいただき、HVバッテリー以外の可能性も含めてご説明した上で、まずはHVバッテリー交換から切り分け確認を行う判断となりました。12/26にハイブリッドバッテリー交換作業を実施。
🔧 作業内容
・HVバッテリー交換
・整備モードにてシステムチェック
・試運転を実施し走行状態を確認
作業完了後、試運転でも問題なく走行し、HVバッテリーへの蓄電も正常に行われていることを確認。点灯していたエンジン警告灯・ハイブリッド警告灯はすべて消灯しました。また、作業工程の中でバッテリー以外についても確認を行い、下記内容をオーナー様へ共有しています。
・左前タイヤのバルブ内部品劣化のため交換
・左後タイヤに側面の亀裂を確認
・右後タイヤも交換時期が近いため併せて交換を推奨

📌 Case Study｜Hybrid Battery Replacement
LEXUS CT200h (2012)
The vehicle became inoperable and would not start.
It was transported from Atami by insurance-covered towing.
After the initial inquiry on Dec 13,
we explained that causes other than the HV battery were possible.
To properly diagnose the issue,
we first proceeded with hybrid battery replacement as a fault isolation step.
On Dec 26, the hybrid battery replacement was completed.
🔧 Work Details
・Hybrid battery replacement
・System check in maintenance mode
・Test drive to confirm normal operation
After the repair,
the vehicle drove normally,
the hybrid battery charged properly,
and all engine and hybrid warning lights were cleared.
During the work process, we also inspected other components and informed the owner of the following:
・Front left tire valve component was deteriorated and replaced
・Cracks found on the sidewall of the rear left tire
・Rear right tire is also nearing replacement timing
